I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kumon
Interview
I was in the Kumon program and the manager recommended that I start working when I am of age. After I became of age, I had to test on certain levels to make sure that I was proficient. After passing, I was supervised while I was tutoring others to make sure I did it well.
