Interview
You were mainly asked some basic questions about yourself ( like every interview) then he would ask you about your situation in school and by that time if he likes what he saw, he would give you a maths and English exam to test your competence. Not very hard if you ask me, a few fraction addition and multiplication questions some algebra and some basic reading comprehension questions. Not very hard by any means.

Do you know how Kumon differs from other tutoring services?
No real interview process, easy to get through. I just contacted the manager of the Kumon I worked at, and I got the job in a couple days. Great for high school students.
Very straightforward and easy, went over previous jobs/positions but does not need to be relevant. Just need to elaborate why you want this position. There was not much needed to get this role
The interview process was not difficult at all. They asked very easy and basic questions that were not difficult to answer. I was basically hired on the spot, no stress at all.
