Two interviews. A phone screen with HR and a Dev, then they brought me into the office and were very friendly. Nothing unexpected, a few behavioral questions, technical questions. Pretty much just looking to see if you are a good fit for them.

We started off with a call from HR, The next step was a interview with the team. They were very friendly. I heard back regarding an offer only a couple minutes after the call, well within the initial timeline they provided. The questions and process was well structured.
One phone interview that established personality and company culture details. Then an in-person interview held a week later involved 3 team members, including leadership. A series of questions (typical interview ones) and a real-world experience/problem was given to solve.
