Kwik Trip IT Project Manager interview questions

Applied online and received an rejection a few weeks later, then after a few months a recruiter personally reached out because they looked at my resume and invited me to apply again. I applied again and was rejected within second, which was pretty odd and a bit hilarious. Then a few months after that a different recruiter reached out and said he had looked at my resume and would like to set up an interview. The interview was over the phone, pretty informal and awkward, and then ghosted me.
