The interview process was easy, asked how flexible my schedule could be and was offered the job after passing a drug test. The interview was short and the interviewer was friendly but I imagine that could vary.
Has three rounds of interviews. First, they ask you questions. Second, they ask about your schedule. Third, they talk about uniform. I'm not sure why they don't do all of this at one interview, but my store was weird.

Interview
Initial interview to get to know you, secondary interview then got offer. Lots of phone calls between myself and the recruiter. Second interview was with some leaders at the particular store.
