Professional attitude, fun engagement, very welcoming atmosphere, common questions making it an easier interview for first timers. most stores are very open and clean, some more than others i base off of area personally, the staff are overall friendly and are family oriented as well as being in a family owned company it gives off a homely feel to the whole experience.
