20 Minute phone call to get to know me first, to gauge my interest, my background, if I had enough experience, my salary and requirements. Then set up face to face. Two people were present, very open and honest dialog. Very comfortable. Very open to my questions. They came prepared with my resume and questions.

They mostly asked about my experience/background and a few situational questions. Asked about sourcing, what ATS and VMS tools I've used. No super hard questions or very technical. Only lasted about 40 minutes.

Interview
Phone interview followed by in-person and then follow up from the HR manager on you getting selected selected or rejected. It was overall good interview, kind of long process. It took 3 hours to complete the interview.
