Interview
The hiring process with Learfield was enjoyable and fairly quick. They are very thorough in their interviews and have you speak with several (4-5) different folks at various properties and/or rank levels within the organization. They believe heavily in fit for all parties involved and invest heavily into the development and training of their new employees.

I did not really receive any unexpected questions. Much of the process is getting to know the interviewee personally and through those conversations much of your past experience is extracted, but its more of a fluid conversation rather than a Q&A type of interview.
Some pushy recruiters, not willing to always work around a students schedule. Very friendly during the call but was very unprofessional communicating off the call. Had interviewed with them prior and had no issues
Great Interview process. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and asked clear questions. The only issue is there was no feedback on the interviews, which most companies do not give.

What have you done in your past jobs that relate to this one?
The interview was like a basic/average interview. It took a week to hear back. Once I heard back scheduled a phone meeting. The phone meeting interviewer asked the average interview questions. Very disappointed that they ask for your pay range in the application and the completely disregards it in the offer. My pay range was $50,000 +, they offered me $11 an hour….
