Very easy to have a conversation and the conversation flowed. Three or four interviews. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. They really care about there employees. First phone call and then rest zoom
The interview process is fine, but it would be helpful to discuss the salary during the phone screening to ensure alignment and save time for both parties. My interview didn't dicuss the salary until the end.
