The hiring process consisted of an online assessment with 10 questions on AI principles, followed by another assessment focused on data analysis and data labeling.
I was then invited to an online interview with over five stakeholders. The process was clearly one-sided, with little opportunity for meaningful dialogue. The interviewers seemed more interested in personal aspects rather than evaluating professional achievements.
Additionally, I sensed potential internal politics among stakeholders, which might reflect certain aspects of the company culture.
After the interview, I received no feedback from HR, and the rejection was implied through silence. Overall, this was a highly impersonal and transactional hiring process that showed minimal respect for candidates.
