Pros

- Mostly remote (unless you live in BKK, then 1 day of office / week) - Great benefits, leave days, reimburstments, health insurance - Understanding manager - Great coworkers, most people are eager to be better / improve - Understanding HR - Work hours are respected, except maybe if you are higher in ranks, you are expected to be "more responsible" of services under your ownership

Cons

- On-call shifts - No end to coming work
