Good stuff: Hard initial test, comprehensive and good first interview ( technical ), interesting and lengthy 2nd interview with HR followup detailing benefits, who said offer result would arrive within 1 week, and insisting I add the HR contact on LINE, which I did.
Bad stuff: 20 days passed after HR followup. I followed up twice with HR contact, 1 and 2 weeks after, on LINE and Skype, but messages to HR contact were ignored. 20 days after I followed up with general recruiting account and got a reply that, "Sorry we sent an email after 1 week saying we were not moving forward, it's not our fault if you didn't receive it." I confirmed they had my correct address, and asked them to Forward original email to me. They refused to do this and copy and pasted an email. I don't believe they actually sent an email and lied that they did. If you make it to the second interview, get HR follow up with a specific contact, then you deserve to: 1) have your messages not ignored, 2) get a rejection email. It's basic courtesy, but I don't believe they did it, and then they tried to pretend it wasn't their responsibility. They say their culture is about taking responsibility, but in this case, I believe they just lied about it, and didn't own their action. It's pathetic. And let down the otherwise good experience of the process.
