I Put my Application online on the website, then they call me for phone interview after couple weeks , they invite me to interview at the office in a Jakarta. The interview held in about 1 hour time, and you will get critical thinking and knowledge questions about webtoon products and the development needed. I felt that there is a miss information about the job requirements and the quality expected as a candidate for the position. It best match if you are a huge fans of webtoon, not only interested about the job position and only know webtoon as a regular reader. I felt a bit disappointed when they offer me an interview but then I have to wait for 2 weeks without official email announcement which I got finally after I reach them first.
