This job really need completely fluent Japanese skills even if they did not listed it on the job requirements. First, they will call you and ask about several things, mostly about to clarify your Japanese language skills. Then you have to do online technical test in their internal website. The test was completely in Japanese. I failed the online test because my Japanese was not that good. The questions were not that hard if they were written in English. There were several questions about memory, queue (FIFO,FCFS,LIFO), algorithm, data structure, etc.
