The typical process of recruiter, hiring manager and onsite. For a startup, they were well organized and communicative throughout the process including closure. I've encountered many large companies that have dropped the ball, so kudos to them.
One thing that I think they should rethink is the two-person interview, it becomes more of an interrogation than a conversation. I know some companies love to do this but as a candidate, it's a turnoff.
They are very picky about culture fit and what they are looking for, a few months later they are still looking and using several external recruiters to do so, which have reached out to me. That signals a hiring problem.
