Lactalis Canada interview questions

Interview was booked online. Overall process was simple, but the interviewer was a little intimidating, and did not engage in small talk, jumping straight into the questions. Most questions were general interview questions, with some unique ones about types of milk and sampling cheese.

Behavioral Interview. Used STAR-based method to answer questions. Had three rounds of interviews: one with HR, one with the manager, and one with the director. The whole process took about one week and got an offer the day of the third interview round.
