Toxic place and a disturbing place to work. The management does not exist. No time for breaks, you must ask for your time for lunch. No flexibility, nor tolerance. The requirements are very high, and they try to find your mistakes. They have more than 10 folders, no written procedures, and they do not like you to write the procedures. In addition, there is a lack of transparency. Nothing is enough for them
