Interview
I will preface this review by saying the job description I applied for, and the expectation of the role in the interview were two different jobs. I applied to the role with the description sounding more like a Lead Proposal Writer. Once in the interview, the company was looking more for someone to be the preliminary review of a bid to qualify or decline to quote it. Immediately, I knew I wasn't going to get the role because my experience is writing, not in management. However, the recruiter I spoke with, Anthony, was kind and attentive. He was informative, and knowledgeable about the position and the company. I appreciated his positivity, and ultimately, when the company moved forward with other candidates, I did receive notification which does not happen with many employers.
