I applied online. I interviewed at LeafLink in Jan 2021
Interview
I applied at LeafLink through the company website and was contacted by the people department to set up an interview with the hiring manager. I was told initially all of the steps which were a phone screen, zoom call with the team, (4 people for 30 min each) and a presentation round. After the 30 min phone interview I was set up with the team zoom call for the next week. Everyone was very engaged and asked great questions while listening to my background and work history. I was also able to ask questions I had so I could properly vet the company, manager, and team myself. The process was great and they communicated about the next steps very openly and better than most other companies I have applied to.
