Interview
The process involved answering some general questions about my experience and then participating in a "mock" tutoring session with a fake student. We did a few problems together. I appreciated how even though I was nervous and did not perform perfectly on the math, the interviewer was understanding and supportive.
I was asked several questions about my tutoring background and did a basic mock interview where I was to show how I would tutor for several scenarios, including an advanced college statistics problem which would normally involve preparing a solution rather than solving on the fly.
