Interview
Conacted within a couple of days of applying. First was a phone screen with HR. She didn't know much of anything about the actual responsibilities of the role. I believe this took about 30 minutes. The second phone call was an interview because the manager of this department is located in Canada. It was just the manager and I on the call. It lasted about an hour, during which one could get an adequate understanding of what the job entails. I was told I would be contacted again but never was, which pretty much shows a lack of respect for people's time. In light of that, I am glad I didn't get an offer because it shows the values, or lack thereof, the company possessess.
