Interview
A recruiter on LinkedIn reached out to me after seeing my profile. I had a phone screening with the recruiter and from there she scheduled a first round interview with the hiring manager.
The interview was great! I. felt I was in top form but you never know with these companies. At least I thought I was in top form until I was ghosted soon after. The interview took place Dec 9th and it is now Jan 7th, 2025.

Interview
Lack of communication. I met very briefly with a recruiter and then met with the hiring manager. I heard nothing for a while but was then invited to participate in a case study. I was told it went well and that they were finishing interviews with other candidates before making a decision. Then I never heard from them again, and the recruiter ignored my email following up.
Spoke to the recruiter as the 1st step of the interview. He is very nice and friendly. He gave me the background information about the company and the position and he also gave me many opportunities to ask questions.
