I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Leica Biosystems (Bangalore Rural) in Oct 2024
Interview
I recently attended an interview for the Verification Engineer position, and unfortunately, I was left quite disappointed with the overall process. The interview was conducted by two individuals — one focusing on manual testing and the other on automation. I was well-prepared and answered all questions correctly, as I have 5 years of software testing experience and 3 years in automation, matching the job requirements.
Despite this, I was rejected with the explanation that I did not meet the criteria, even though I met the experience requirements they outlined. Furthermore, I live close to the office, so location wasn’t an issue either. It felt like my preparation and efforts were dismissed without proper reasoning.
I am sharing this review to make others aware that it seems like a waste of time preparing for interviews with this company when the interview panel makes decisions that seem unjustified. The feedback provided lacked clarity, and it left me questioning their hiring process.
