I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Leidos (Bethesda, MD) in Oct 2018
Interview
A fairly easy interview process, but was definitely treated like 'just another candidate'; they forgot my name, had to refresh my resume and experience every interview (with the same people) but regardless; they seem very busy and were respectful. The whole process was rather quick.
A phone screen, 2 technical phone calls, then an onsite visit where I just did whiteboard questions and asked about the company
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Code Fibonacci (they seemed like they asked this to everyone)
Phone screening followed by one on one interview. The one on one made no sense, there was no structure and the questions that were asked weren’t even for listed technologies or languages that were in the job description.
Simple and just general coding questions. Prepare knowledge of Java and PL/SQL. Understanding of Agile and Scrum. Understanding how to create Jar and Wars. Using TortoiseSVN. Security questions. General coding and developer questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Leidos (Melbourne)
Interview
Technical interview was hard but fair. All was well until we got into the HR questions. HR and psychometric interview questions straight out of ChatGPT. Some not relevant at all.
