Interview
Was a very knowledge based interview. Asked about knowledge about denim apparel and how much you know about different fits and cuts about jeans. Also asked about how well you get along with people and if you fit the position in terms of personality and charisma. Asked about the usual things such as 'are you bondable?', 'do you have good verbal communication skills?' and the sort.

Interview
It's a group interview, amount of people varies but can be 10+. They ask you to talk about yourself but also do some exercises seeing how you engage with others and work as a team. You should wear jeans to the interview.

There's an exercise where you get paired with another candidate and you have to try and convince the managers to hire them (testing sales skills, working memory, teamwork abilities)
The interview process was straightforward and conversational, with general behavioral questions focused on fashion awareness, interest in the Levi’s brand, customer service experience, and discussing personal strengths and areas for improvement in a retail sales environment.

How do you stay informed about current fashion trends and styles?
We were in a group and had to pick clothes out for a theme and present on why we chose those specific clothes. They gave us time to pick our clothes using ones from the store.
