Very laid back. Plus it is all via computer. Finally up to date questions asked. Didn't feel like a Robot asking and answering the questions. Once I agreed to accept the job, that's where the fun began. I basically hired myself paper work. I filled all my paperwork on line and completed my paperwork on line. This made my first day extremely smooth. We varied what I had imputed and started training.
It felt more like an interrogation. The interviewer who phone interviewed me wanted me to tell them every start and end date of each store I worked at for the past 15 years. Then wanted to know why I left for each of them. The interviewer also canceled our interview 4 times before I got a hold of them.
