I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Levi Strauss (New York, NY) in Aug 2018
Interview
Got approached by the department I was interviewing for. Had an introductory call discussing the role and previous experiences. I was contacted two days after trying to schedule an in-person interview and told me to make availability for Thursday next week. I sent my availability and the following day I got an automated email from HR saying that the position had been filled. I tried to email the person I had been in contact with just to confirm and never got back to me. I was also told there would be a lot of downtime and I'd be doing a lot of cleaning, why would you say that to a person interviewing?
I sent my application and have been contacted for an interview.
The interview was short and with the usual questions. They said the position I applied for was already been filled so they would have contacted me for other interviews about other similar positions.
After that, I have never been reached again.

Great interview process! Learned so much and got to meet amazing people through the process. Everyone was kind and made me feel very comfortable. I spoke with multiple people on each team and had only positive feedback.
There were Three rounds of three different phone interviews. Typical interview questions. Not too difficult. This also took place during Covid so it could be different on a normal interview process.
