Interview
When I dropped off my resume, the manager asked why I was interested. I told him I was really interested in the the company, because they had a really good reputation. He was very friendly and welcoming. Two weeks later I was called in for a group interview, which turned out to be a on-on-one interview with the manager as well as assistant manager. The interview was very calm, and they did not intimidate me at all, they were very friendly and cool. They asked me why I was interested, about past experiences, and about where I saw myself in 5 years. I was also asked about how I felt working in teams, and I assured them that I would love to work in a team-oriented environment because I could have a great impact on people and vice-versa. The interview ended on a good note; I was offered the position the next day, and filled out some paperwork. Just some advice; just be yourself, they want someone who can bring a different energy to the workplace.

Interview
It's a group interview, amount of people varies but can be 10+. They ask you to talk about yourself but also do some exercises seeing how you engage with others and work as a team. You should wear jeans to the interview.

There's an exercise where you get paired with another candidate and you have to try and convince the managers to hire them (testing sales skills, working memory, teamwork abilities)
The interview process was straightforward and conversational, with general behavioral questions focused on fashion awareness, interest in the Levi’s brand, customer service experience, and discussing personal strengths and areas for improvement in a retail sales environment.

How do you stay informed about current fashion trends and styles?
We were in a group and had to pick clothes out for a theme and present on why we chose those specific clothes. They gave us time to pick our clothes using ones from the store.
