The interview process was quite grueling. I had multiple phone interview with the Director of Analytics and the Director of Online marketing. They then ended up changing the position for which I had originally applied for and they didn't even tell me why until after the fact. The recruiter had poor communication skills and wasn't able to articulate herself in regards to the roles and responsibilities. After passing 3 rounds of interviews, they called me for an onsite interview and had assigned me a project which I had to present at the end of my interview. During the onsite interview, I interviewed with about 6 people and then presented my project to the team. The interview with each person last about 1/2 hour. I spent a month on this project and worked quite hard. The team wasn't really transparent. The hiring manager said I did a good job, well...obviously it wasn't good enough.
