Levy Banquet Server interview questions

I applied online. Less than a week later I got an email from the manager to see if I was interested in interviewing the following week. The interview itself was rather informal, taking place in a public area of the convention center. It was more a generalized discussion about the company history and what they do at my location, just chatting about my basic experience, and culminated with the manager deciding my hourly wage and welcoming me to the team. I came back a few hours later for orientation with the office manager and started working a couple days later. Total process from application to working was about 2 weeks.

the interview was pretty quick and easy. two of the captains did the interview and did a great job in explaining the type of work that they do due to me having no experience. they thoroughly explained that there are slow months as well as busy months while working with the company.
