Simple, intuitive and creative. Fun and not too conservative, open to communication and encouraging to incoming employees. The office was warm and inviting and the staff was welcoming. I felt that I would have an opportunity to build with the team .

Interview
Interview process was simple, they asked me questions about food and wine that were simple for me to answer. I was competent and prepared and because I was referred by an employee, the interviewing manager already had a sense of my capabilities.
