The process was pretty straight forward. I was asked for examples of leadership skills and dealing with difficult people. Standard questions regarding honesty and working with a team. The Having a friendly interviewer made it easy.

As far as I can say is that there was not an interview. We were all put into the room to fill out the paperwork together, then it was processed.
