I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Levy (Louisville, KY) in Mar 2022
Interview
It was a Simple over the phone process. They were nice and professional. Shared plenty of details about the job and expectations. Overall a nice experience. Wasn’t intimidating at all.
The interview was short. The hiring manager did not ask a lot of questions. She seemed very busy like she wanted to just end the day already. I gave my elevator pitch even tried to start conversations. It didn't seem authentic enough and it was fast. Maybe too many people to interview.

I applied online. I interviewed at Levy (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2024
Interview
In person interview onsite at the facility. Waited almost an hour before the manager was able to get to me. All very standard questions " What is customer service to you" & " What are your strengths and weakness's" . They required full availability and based off my main job I could not accommodate. Worked at other locations before though for Levy and think their management varies from location to location.
