On arrival you confirm your details, then given a folder with your CV and a form with a number. Brought onto a large hall with around 30-40 others. Tables scattered around the hall with various members of staff/management interviewing about 10 at a time.
When your number is called, you're interviewed, asked standard customer service questions.
If successful you receive an email inviting you to a training day, once the training day is complete you must complete an on-line test as part of your training (about 30-45 minutes), once the test has been passed you can then start booking shifts.

Super casual, was barely an interview, just walked me through what the job would look like, gave me a tour and asked if I could handle it. Sat down for like 5 minutes in the beginning and went through resume with me and asked me about availability.
