I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lexmark International (Lexington, KY) in Dec 2008
Interview
Had an email interview, replied to a few questions about OO and diff between C++ and Java. Got a phone interview after that. Basically discussed the same questions as in the email with some more details. Finally the face to face interview with 4 people including manager. Manager was just general conversation. Other three were technical. One was more design oriented. How would you design a system. Later throw in some change to see if original design would handle this. Another one was more detailed and Java and C++ specific.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lexmark International (Calcutta) in Apr 2025
Interview
It was smooth, they asked me questions on core java, they were very polite and gave time to answer them all. Unfortunately they were looking someone with spring boot knowledge which I didnt have that moment so I didnt got the offer
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lexmark International (Cebu City) in Sep 2024
Interview
First round was HR interview, I was scheduled for a panel interview after my HR. The panel interview took too long around an hour and you will be asked by 3-4 panel interviewers for technical questions. I was not given an update weeks after my panel interview and I did not know my stand on the panel interview. Their HR seemed to have forgotten for whatever reason. I just consider this move as a red flag and very unprofessional for a large corporation. I've read similar experiences and to the recruiter, please do your job right.
