Liberty Hardware interview questions

The recruiter was available to do my phone interview in the evening, which was very convenient. She was courteous, pleasant, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Some of the interview questions were a bit challenging but they were fair and relevant to the position. After the phone interview there were additional interviews, which took some time to schedule but it was a very thorough process.

Phone interviewer/screener was not at all friendly. Talked to me as if I were a child, with no business experience, when in fact I have over 15 years of experience. Rude, and very impersonal. Does not reflect well on the company to have a completely unapproachable person as their first impression to potential employees.
