The woman I talked to was very kind and the whole process flowed naturally. The only thing that concerned me was that she was more interested in my spiritual experience and not so much my work/professional experience. I found it odd that I had to give my testimony 5 minutes into a phone conversation with a stranger. I'm happy to talk about it, but it felt extremely forced and there were no follow-up questions about my job experience or anything pertaining to the role I was interviewing for.
