* Interview process was quick and quite easy ( 3 rounds - First HR round was telephonic with behavioural questions , second round was technical interview with 2 QA members via MS Teams and third round was an task to write priority testcases for a game) . *After successfully completing the interview process, HR called to my mobile , confirmed that i am selected for the role , enquired about salary expectations and informed that offer letter will be rolled out in next 2 to 3 weeks. * No communication after the phone call, tried to follow up several times via email and phone call but no response. * Completely disappointed due to this behaviour, giving hopes and dropping candidates just like that is very unprofessional, it was very hard to accept that i was ghosted . Note: I request the HR team to inform the candidate , if you are dropping them post the selection process .
