The interview process consists of two stages. The first is a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview at the clinic. During the in-person portion, you will have the opportunity to shadow a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as they work with a client. This allows you to become familiar with the role and daily responsibilities of an RBT. After approximately 30 minutes of shadowing, you will participate in a one-on-one interview where you will be asked a combination of situational and general questions. .
