I was asked several questions regarding my background, my experience, my attitude and mentality at work. The questions during the different steps of the interview, with different people (recruiter step, hiring manager step, technical interview step, company culture fit step), were accurate and intended to assess if I was a good fit not only for the job position, but also within the company.
