Interview
Lime should consider modifying their technical screening process for this role. Having interviewed for many positions in advanced engineering roles, asking someone to whiteboard design and write working demo code in under 45 minutes is not a good evaluation of someone's experience. A ten minute introduction followed by 15-20 minutes of whiteboard design doesn't allow much time to put together a working demo and allow time for candidate questions. Either increase the interview time slot or allow for a take home project to demonstrate the candidate's solution. This type of pass/fail process will likely screen out many experienced and capable advanced software engineers.
