Lincoln Financial Group Consultant interview questions

Process took 2 months+. I submitted my resume and heard back from HR on the day. Two weeks later I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. By the end of that conversation we set up an in-person meeting. There was one other person at the in-person meeting. The interview was formal but comfortable to get a sense of my personality. At each interview I was asked if I had any questions. I took this as a way to see if I was prepared and well versed on the company so I made a list of questions and just went through them one by one. A week later I heard from the executive assistant to set up another interview with the head. The process was a lot of fun and regardless of outcome I felt like I made some good business contacts.
