The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Lincoln Financial Group (Reading, PA)
Interview
The process was overall disorganized. Recruiter called me and said I would be contacted within the next week. I finally get an email three weeks later that the company wants me to do an interview.
There were three interviews. One interviewer showed up late. The interviewers were unclear with what the next steps were or who I would be meeting with exactly for the next interview. In every interview, I had to ask clarifications because I wasn’t getting a straight answer. I got vague answers when I asked the interviewer questions, interviewer never gave specific examples. It was frustrating. The interview questions were easy.
I got an email a MONTH later after my last interview that I didn’t get the job.
