Received a generic email from HR, and was prompted to take a phone interview. The interview consisted of approx. 8 questions and answers were recorded by a machine. I was disappointed by this impersonal process, and was a bit surprised by the open-ended format. I found myself rambling into the machine and did not perform particularly well.

Applied online. Phone screening with recruiter then a 45 min interview with manager and another team member on zoom. Behavioral style questions. They talked for 15 mins about the position itself.

What is something you’re hoping to get from this experience?
Very simple. All behavioral and felt more like a conversation not really an interview. The team I interviewed with was also very nice and welcoming and seemed transparent about their experience.

The interview process was smooth and engaging. Steps were laid out simply and my specific interviewer was very casual. The entire process was one I'd definitely do over again and should be the standard for a good interview process. Highly recommend applying to Lincoln Financial.
