I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lincoln Financial Group (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Applied online on a Wednesday and received email the next week Tuesday about taking online assessment. Took assessment the same day (wasn't an easy assessment either) and then got an email with a link to do a video interview. Completed that on Friday and was called the following Tuesday to come in for face-to-face on Thursday. Interviewed with two STD managers and they asked me a lot of in-depth questions. Interview took about an hour. Was called the following Monday for a second interview to take place on Wednesday. Met with two different mangers who only asked a few questions. Only took about 20 minutes. Offered position and accepted during that interview. Received offer letter and other company information by email late that afternoon. Entire process took almost 3 weeks. Not a bad experience at all.

Describe a time you had to take responsibility for something.
Describe a time you went above and beyond and how.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lincoln Financial Group in Feb 2019
Interview
Hiring process went pretty quickly. I would say from start to finish approximately 3 weeks, and that's only because I had to schedule the face-to-face interview a week out in order to get time off from previous job. After submitting my resume and applying online, I got a call from the recruiter in less than a week. If you're selected to move on, they will recommend you for a face-to-face interview. You will then get a call from the Administrative personnel
to schedule your interview with the hiring manager. You will receive details on who you will meet with and where to go. You may or may not have a panel interview so be prepared to possibly meet with more than one person. They really made you feel at ease and the interview was very conversational.
