Applied online and was contacted via email by a recruiter a few weeks later. I scheduled an interview, however, had to reschedule because the campus recruiter had a conflict arise. The first phone call interview was really laid back (on phone) with a campus recruiter. He was really nice and told me what the process would be. Also, asked me about my interests and asked some basic interview questions to get to know my skills. I received a call/email a few weeks later from the same campus recruiter that I wouldn't move on to the next round. I had a great conversation and fit the positions criteria, so I was surprised that I didn't move on to the next round. Even though, I didn't get the position it was a great experience.
