I had an in person interview on site which asked simple questions about myself, my interests, etc. I saw the job fair posting online and showed up early and had to wait in line to speak with someone.

Phone interview at the first step, then second in-person interview. Background check and orientation follow within the next week. The process is quite fast and great and you have the flexibility of choosing the events you’d like to work at.
