Applied on LinkedIn, got an email from an internal recruiter a few days later to schedule a phone screen interview. She mentioned the pay range in the email and asked to confirm if i was ok with it before scheduling the call. Unfortunately, it was not in my range, so i replied back thanking her for the transparency.
