Interview
I was a phone call and I was asked standard questions along the job description. The person just made sure I have necessary skills and experience. All in all it was phone screen and I was promised to get a call when hiring manager gets and reviews my resume. I answered about deadlines and the person said they don't have particlar dates and would like to process until appropriate candidate is found. So, after that they didn't let me know if they made a decision.

Would you be able articulate your areas to develop?
It was a one to two interview. The interview was more behavioral than technical. I generally thought the interview went well but would have preferred more technical questions. At the end, Behavioral interviews just allow the selection committee to select using other ranking aside competence.
It was fairly straight forward. One interview with the hiring manager. The manager was pretty clear on what the role requires as well as challenges I will face. Offer came through my recruiter and I started in a week.

Interview
I had meetings with human resources then two other rounds they were very detailed with their questions about my work history and how I added value in my past jobs. I asked about their corporate culture and the peers in my area and the prospect for future growth within the organization.
