The HR hiring managers have a 6 questions to ask you. When is one time you had to show empathy? What is something you are proud of? What is a deadline you had that caused you to be stretched? What is one thing you are learning right now? How will you use this internship? What do you want to learn? I was referred to another hiring manager and got an internal interview with them after getting picked over, that shows alot of tact and made me think good of Lockheed as a whole.

Super straightforward, one call with hiring manager. Heard back within a couple of weeks. Very chill, everyone is super nice during hiring process, definitely recommend interviewing here, overall good experience.

The interviewer was very nice, and even though I didn't get the job, she called me personally to let me know that they had selected a candidate with more experience.
